This lovely downtown Madison celebration includes the lighting of the Four Freedoms Park huge Christmas tree in a simultaneous lighting of 32 community-sponsored Christmas trees, along S.W. Range Avenue to welcome the season. Historic streets dotted by antique and collectibles stores and restaurants along S.W. Range Avenue and Pinckney Street are festive and open. Historic Four Freedoms Park becomes a Winter Wonderland in the Park decked out in sleighs, reindeer, and beautiful Christmas decorations with singing groups entertaining at the Gazebo. The Jingle Bell Jog sends runners/walkers around the block with bells on their shoes! Becky's Dance Steps Studio presents a holiday street dance in front of the Courthouse Annex. A creative parade of Jeeps and parade floats cross the downtown square. Everyone is invited for old-fashioned free hayrides or to take an old-time horse and buggy ride around Four Freedoms Park. Santa takes his seat in front of Norris Caf_. Truly a night to make memories!
