The tour then reaches the small town of White Springs, where there are a few restaurants and convenience stores where riders can take a break before heading back to Jasper. White Springs restaurants include Fatbelly's and the Bridge Street Cafe. If riders feel up to traveling just past White Springs, Big Shoals State Park is nearby, to the east of the town. Camping is available at Steven Foster Folk Culture Center State Park. White Springs is also the home of the Suwannee Bicycle Association at 10561 Bridge Street. Stop by if they are open. They will be happy to see you.
